Cancellation Policy
At Elite Medical Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To respect the time of our providers and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will also be charged a 50% fee.
The cancellation/no-show fee must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Elite Medical Aesthetics.
